TG4 airs ALL the bad takes in editing error

TG4 made a bit of a mess of the continuity announcement last night – when someone forgot to edit a recording to remove the bad takes.

That meant poor Mairéad Ní Chuaig kept repeating herself over and over, as all her bad takes went out on air.

The eagle-eyed folks over at Bula.ie, however, were on hand to capture the moment and upload it to YouTube. They report it happened right after An Gaeilgeoir is Greannmhaire last night. Take a look:

Mairéad is the weather and continuity presenter on TG4, with plenty of experience under her belt, so it's not like this is a common occurrence.

And, to be fair, mistakes happen to us all. We're certainly no strangers to typos around here. At least it wasn't Irish Ukranians, Not Russians.
