Miley Cyrus will have "a nurse on standby" during her upcoming Irish and UK tour.

The 'Wrecking Ball' singer - who was hospitalised last month after suffering a severe allergic reaction to Cephalexin, an antibiotic prescribed for the flu - is on the mend but isn't taking any chances with her health.
