Gaga reveals eating disorder fight

Lady Gaga has "struggled with an eating disorder for over 10 years".

The 'Swine' singer's performance at the South By Southwest festival earlier this month courted controversy when artist Millie Brown vomited green liquid onto the singer, which Demi Lovato claimed was "glamourising eating disorders," but Gaga disagrees.
