A judge has sentenced 1970s teen heart-throb David Cassidy to three months in rehab and five years’ probation for drink-driving.

Cassidy’s lawyer Steven Levine entered an open plea to a Los Angeles judge, admitting that the former Partridge Family star was driving under the influence when he was arrested in January after making an illegal turn.
