Graham Linehan sends friendly word to critics of The Walshes

The Father Ted creator's new comedy premiered in the UK last night and it was compared to another great Irish comedy.

The show, which started on RTE last Thursday and had its second episode aired last night, seemed to remind people of Brendan O'Carroll's Mrs Brown's Boys.
