Toibin novel to be filmed in Wexford at end of March
A novel by award winning author Colm Toibin is to be made into a movie.
'Brooklyn' will be adapted for screen by Nick Hornby, who is famous for films including 'About a Boy', 'High Fidelity' and 'Fever Pitch'.
The movie will star Saoirse Ronan, Domhnall Gleeson, Emily Cohen and Julie Walters.
The multi-million euro production will be shot in Ireland and Canada, with filming expected to begin in Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, at the end of the month.
