LA forecasters go mental over water falling from the sky

We often complain a bit about news coverage here in Ireland - plenty of local parish issues make the headlines, there are columnists we don't like, and boy, do we cover the weather a lot.

Buuuuut… we don't do rolling coverage over drops of water falling from the sky until there's a flood.
