Video: Pizza Hut restaurant closed after manager caught on CCTV peeing in sink

A district manager for Pizza Hut in the US has been caught on CCTV emptying his bladder into a sink in the restaurant's kitchen.

Apparently, the sink is used to wash cooking utensils.
