We really shouldn't be shocked, but yes, we genuinely are.

We all know how this "prank" if going to go, don't we? Take a white man and a black man on an American street and have them both try to break into a vehicle in a busy street in broad daylight.

Yes, we know. But it's actually unbelievable that a police car actually rolls past the white guy with the alarm going off … and keeps going. He gets 30 minutes of this, scot-free.

His friend does not.

The social experiment comes from pranksters "Simple Misfits", who only started on YouTube a week ago with their not-quite-as-high-brow prank pretending to urinate on people's shoes. Which, ok, is also pretty funny.
