Victoria: Nope, I don’t shave my legs

Victoria Beckham admits she doesn't shave her legs - she uses laser instead.

The fashion designer prefers not to use a razor, instead opting for laser hair removal treatment, after being encouraged to try it by friend and actress, Eva Longoria.

Speaking in the new edition of Allure magazine, she said: "I don't shave my legs. I got laser which is amazing. You can go back for little touch-ups if you do see little hairs appearing.

"But I've been very lucky that I haven't had to. That was one of the best tips that Eva Longoria ever gave me."

Victoria - who is also a busy wife and mother - with children Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 10, Cruz, eight, and Harper, two, with husband David - keeps in shape by running up to four miles every day after getting up at 6am.

The former Spice Girl, who admits success didn't come easy for her, is now one of the most respected names in fashion and wants to continue to expand her business.

She said: "I find that even the simplest of dresses, if it has the correct seaming and the correct fabric, whatever shape or size you are, it can change the way you hold yourself."

Later this year, the 39-year-old designer is opening her first store in London, allowing customers "to see the brand through my eyes, as opposed to being able to buy what the retail partner buys. The buy will be what I decide."

Beckham added she "wouldn't wish" her schooldays on anyone, and says she wept when she received a British Fashion Award two years ago because she couldn't believe how much her life has changed since she was bullied for being "different".

She said: "I had come such a long way. I didn't go to a private school; it was a public school. It was not a very nice school.

"[I was bullied because I was] different from all the other children at the school. I really wouldn't wish it on any kid, because it's horrible."

Victoria - who has children Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 10, Cruz, eight, and Harper, two, with husband David - credits her former Spice Girls bandmates for helping her overcome her problems and become more confident.

She said: "I think what gave me confidence in myself was meeting the other girls. We always said we were all like rejects in our own way. We had to work hard, and they helped me accept me for who I was."

And the British star also admitted to having "purchased" her breasts, though she has now had the implants removed.

Looking at an old photograph, she said: "I don't have them anymore. I think I may have purchased them."
