Joggers in the snow tell news crew about 'perfect running conditions', and then fall over. Ouch.

It's been pretty cold in the US northwest of late and the snow was falling heavily in Portland, Oregon last week.

Lisa Balick from city news channel KOIN 6 was out on the streets of North Portland on Friday as the flakes fell, putting in your typical 'OMG weather' report.
