Chris Brown has probation revoked

A Californian judge took away Chris Brown's right to freedom in light of his arrest in October for an alleged assault in Washington DC, but rather than sentencing him to jail, has said he can continue with his current 90 day court-ordered rehab treatment for anger management.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James Brandlin said: "I'm pleased he's doing well in the programme and for that reason the court is not included to take the defendant into custody."
