Lady Gaga's 'X Factor' performance 'not inappropriate for family audience'

Lady Gaga’s racy performance on 'The X Factor' will not be investigated by UK communications watchdog Ofcom despite more than 300 people complaining about it.

A total of 317 people complained about the act which featured the US star in a skimpy outfit made of shells and flesh-coloured underwear.
