This classic-style prank is great just for the kids. And the dogs. And the other people.

The dinosaur's name is Kojo, and, obviously, it's a person in a suit. It's a prop made by KHA entertainment that they roll out for conventions and generally have a bit of fun with - like in this video where they prank the attendees at their own auditions.
