A photographer, who is pressing charges Kanye West, allegedly refuses to stay away from the rapper.

A judge ordered the 'New Slaves' hitmaker to stay 10 yards away from Daniel Ramos, who has accused Kanye of criminal battery and attempted grand theft, in court in Los Angeles on Monday.
