Kelly Osbourne is getting married in England.

The 'Fashion Police' star, who is engaged to vegetarian chef Matthew Mosshart, will have a very traditional wedding at her parents mansion in Buckinghamshire, according to her mother Sharon, who is overseeing the special event.
