TV tough guy Danny Dyer has landed a role in EastEnders - as landlord of the Queen Vic.

TV tough guy Danny Dyer has landed a role in EastEnders - as landlord of the Queen Vic.

The actor will play Shirley's brother Mick Carter - when he arrives in Albert Square this December.

He will be joined by on-screen wife Linda - played by actress Kellie Bright.

Danny said that he is excited - and "cannot wait to become part of the East End family."
