I regret returning to 'conveyor belt' Corrie, says Goodyear

Actress Julie Goodyear has told how she regrets her short-lived return to 'Coronation Street' to revive brassy Bet Lynch because it was like being on “a conveyor belt”.

The 71-year-old made a return to the soap a decade ago but lasted little over a fortnight because she struggled to cope with the changes in the workload.
