A sad story

…With a happy ending hopefully.

A man was out walking in Cork this morning when he came across a plastic bag moving around.

When he went to investigate he found five puppies which were only a few days old.

The Cork Dog Action Welfare Group posted this photo on their Facebook account after they received the call from the passer-by.

The group are also concerned for the mother of the pups who they said is probably alone now and full of milk.

There is some good news though as the group have said the puppies stand a chance thanks to their great fosters.

The Cork Dog Action Welfare Group made a good point about this morning's tragic incident:

"Life is so two sided, one side is the uncaring cruel person who will dump these dogs, the other is the dedicated person who will go weeks without sleep to give them a chance of life."

Hopefully they will have a better life than they would have had without the help of The Cork Dog Action Welfare Group.
