Keegan scoops 'Best Soap Actress' after revealing engagement

Coronation Street came out on top in the Best Soap category at the TV Choice Awards last night.

Corrie's Michelle Keegan got Best Soap Actress as well - her win came on the day we discovered she had got engaged to former Towie star Mark Wright.

His sister Jessica said she is happy for them.

"They rang me last week from Dubai and told me and they were so over the moon and so pleased," she said.

"It seems quite soon, which is what people are saying, but if you saw how in love they are no one would question it

"She's lovely, really down to earth, like she is one of our own, I think he couldn't be marrying anyone better she is lovely."
