The soul diva was performing at a concert in New Jersey last month when she suffered from ye olde wardrobe malfunction, with the back of her dress apparently falling off to reveal, well, what was under it.

Amid much mirth from the audience, Toni carried on oblivious, until a gentleman came up from the crowd to drape a coat over her shoulders.

Like a true showbiz professional however, she seemed to see the funny side
