Picnicers prepare for Arctic Monkeys on day three of festival

It is day three of Electric Picnic in Stradbally Co. Laois, where 35,000 revellers have gathered for the weekend.

Tonight, headliners Arctic Monkeys are eagerly anticipated, and this afternoon any sore heads can be soothed by hot tubs, massage, and cookery demonstrations.

One person who might have his work cut out for him this afternoon is Mr. Motivator.

He said the crowd is always great.

"It is such a wonderful atmosphere down there the energy you get from people who are there is just tremendous," he said.

"I think that kind of fuels me because I am doing three slots back to back."
