'Unpredictable' Lohan absent from Venice appointment

Lindsay Lohan failed to show up for a planned appearance at the Venice Film Festival.

The 27-year-old actress – who has vowed to stay sober after recently being released from rehab – was supposed to promote her latest movie 'The Canyons' at the festival yesterday but no reason was given for her absence.
