Being buff - not all it's cracked up to be

Guys your time in the gym may be in vain if this video is anything to go by.

A buff baseball fan was spotted on camera in a compromising position during a recent game this month.

His image may now be ruined forever - but not in the way you think.

The beefed-up man's bid to open his water bottle was caught on camera.

Unfortunately for him the baseball pundits changed the focus of their conversation from the game to him.

"Oh come on all that working out and he can't open a water bottle," says one commentator.

"Sir I think you got the wrong work out programme

"Know what I would love if one of the ladies just popped it open that would be a classic."

After one last attempt to open it with his jeans as a mediator, he admits defeat.

With the added bonus of getting the camera off him, the man hands the bottle to another fan for help.

So for all you Jersey Shore look-alikes out there it might be an idea to do this simple water bottle opening test before attending your next gym session.
