Kick-Ass 2 director 'hasn't spoken to Carrey'

Kick-Ass 2 director Jeff Wadlow says he has had no contact with Jim Carrey since the actor declared he would not promote the film due to its violence.

The Canadian actor, who portrays vigilante Colonel Stars And Stripes in the comic book sequel, has chosen not to do any promotion for the movie.
