Alan Partridge says hello to Ireland

"I actually like Ireland … it's like a postive disease."

Alan Partridge, the famous-yet-fictional radio presenter and star of new film Alpha Papa, made this little personalised greeting for the Irish people to promote his new movie.

It's about a mad Irish man who goes mad with a gun, apparently.

The film is directed by Irishman Declan Lowney, who must have had a hand in getting Steve Coogan to make this little hello.
