The BBC has apologised after it accidentally broadcast a picture of the Duke of Cambridge with a penis drawn on his head.

The BBC has apologised after it accidentally broadcast a picture of the Duke of Cambridge with a penis drawn on his head.

The blunder happened during BBC Breakfast when the programme showed a clip of a promotional video for the song I Could Have Married Kate by comedy singing group Barbershopera.
