The Breffmeister

In light of the UK version of 'The Apprentice' coming to an end last night, we thought we would remind you of probably the most notable character from the Irish series… Breffny Morgan.

The Cork man and Harvard graduate captured the attention of the nation back in 2009 when he entered 'The Apprentice'.

His bizarre commentary, unashamed flirtation, and demeanour with Bill Cullen had us all hooked that year.

If your memory is a bit hazy here's a reminder:

His boardroom scenes usually has us all in stitches.

Or need we forget the "Blasta" bar - Breffny's creation as project lead.

Forgetting the fada proved crucial for the Cork man whose team were trying to create an Irish themed chocolate bar.

They were all left baffled on the show too.

He had everything that reality TV could want in a candidate, bringing entertainment to even the simplest of tasks.

Not forgetting his eloquent way with words which made us all look forward to Monday nights back in 2009.

He once described the atmosphere on the show like this:

"The level of aggression and pent up angst here would make the battle of Normandy look like a game of paintball."
