Bruce Lee brought back to life to espouse philosophy, sell whiskey

Bruce Lee, arguably the most famous martial arts master of all time, has been brought back to life by computer graphics experts - to sell whiskey.

Lee – who died 40 years ago this month – has been painstakingly resurrected for this advert for Johnnie Walker scotch.

We'll set aside the fact that the man famous for his peak physical condition didn't drink alcohol, and instead show you what modern CG can do.

Impressive, right? Sure, it won't fool anyone into thinking that Lee has actually been reincarnated, but imagine what they'll be able to do in ten years when the technology moves on even further.

It took nine months to make this 90-second advert, and given the legions of Bruce Lee fans around the world, they even went and got Shannon Lee, Bruce's daughter, on board to make sure they didn't overstep the boundary of decency.
