Harry Styles threw up during a One Direction concert on Monday.

The heartthrob was spotted grabbing his stomach and running off stage at the end of the group's performance of 'Teenage Dirtbag' and missed the entire next song 'Rock Me', while his bandmates – Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik – covered his solo in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
