He might look pretty harmless, but Ali Bahçetepe of Turkey can break over 1,000 concrete blocks. With his bare hands.

Move over Conor McGregor, there's a new hard man in town.

This knuckle-aching clip from Italian TV shows Ali Bahçetepe of Turkey using nowt but his fists to break an incredible 1,134 concrete blocks.

We'd barely be able to break a dozen digestive biscuits in the same time.

We're not sure if Ali managed to break his own world record - according to the Guinness World Records website, he smashed 1,145 blocks in 2010.

Anyone speak Italian?
