Chris Brown charged with hit-and-run

Singer Chris Brown has been charged in Los Angeles with misdemeanour hit-and-run and driving without a valid licence.

City attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan says the charges filed today involve a minor accident on May 21 in the San Fernando Valley.
