The big names punked it up at the annual Met Ball in Manhattan last night.

The stars of stage and screen - well, more like screen, YouTube and America's Got Talent - were out in force in New York last night, looking a bit more dishevelled than usual (but ever so carefully so).

The occasion was the Met Gala, a big fund-raiser for New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.
