No rehab for Charlie Sheen's ex

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife refuses to enter rehab despite losing custody of their twin boys.

Brooke Mueller - who was married to the 'Anger Management' star for two years until November 2010 - allegedly refuses to admit she has a problem and has the full support of her mother Moira Flore, although Denise Richards has been awarded temporary custody of her four-year-old sons Max and Bob.

Flore told gossip website RadarOnline.com: "Everything is fine, everything is the way it is supposed to be right now, with us. Brooke is fine, everybody will be fine."

But another insider insisted that Mueller, 35 - who has previously been in rehab 19 times - urgently needs help as her addiction has spiralled out of control.

The source said: "Brooke is completely in denial… Even after losing Bob and Max, she is still refusing to go back to rehab.

"The only chance Brooke has of even having visitation with the boys is if she is in a treatment program.

"The longer Brooke goes without getting treatment, the more it hurts her chances of getting the boys back."

Meanwhile, the little boys are now living with Richards, who was married to Sheen for three years until she filed for divorce in March 2005.

The 'Wild Things' actress - who has daughters Sam, nine, and Lola, seven, with the actor, as well as adopted Eloise, two - took them into her home after social workers Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services removed them from Mueller's care because of allegations regarding her drug use.

Last year, Richards stepped in to look after the twins while Mueller endured a stint in rehab and she insisted she would do anything for the children.
