Brown planning surprise for touring Rihanna

Chris Brown is planning to surprise Rihanna while she is away on her 'Diamonds' world tour.

The 'Fine China' singer - who reunited with the 25-year-old popstar last year despite still being on probation for violently beating her in 2009 - really misses his on/off girlfriend and can't wait to spend more quality time with her after several weeks of barely seeing her.
