Saturdays' star has a spare room full of buggies

Rochelle Humes has a collection of five prams.

The Saturdays singer - who is expecting her first child with husband Marvin Humes - has a spare room full of buggies, including an £800 posh pram and two trendy £730 Bugaboos, after the brunette failed to specify what gifts she needed, so friends splashed out on the lavish presents for her US-themed baby shower.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Rochelle loved the idea of an American-themed baby shower but had no idea her guests would be so generous in their gifts.

“She was expecting a couple of babygros and a few toys - nothing as extravagant as a pram. Let alone five prams.

“As each buggy got wheeled into the room, it became increasingly more awkward for all concerned. Poor Rochelle was mortified.

“She’s now had to give up a spare room for all the prams whilst she and Marv decided what to do with them. It’s just a shame she’s not expecting quintuplets, really.”

The 26-year-old beauty recently sparked speculation she is expecting a girl as the bash was full of pink balloons and she was spotted shopping for baby dresses in January.

Marvin's JLS bandmate Aston Merrygold splashed out £2,000 on a four-wheeled Aston Martin-inspired pram for the couple and Rochelle took to Twitter to thank him for his generosity following the event in Oxfordshire on Saturday April 6.

She wrote: “Uncle Aston has been so naughty and spoilt baby Humes this week @JLSOfficial what a lucky angel xx (sic)’’.

She added: “Had the best day ever.

“Thanks to all of my friends for lovely gifts and a great day Mwauhhhh xxx (sic)’’.
