One Direction visit the Toon

Pop and soccer stars rubbed shoulders today when One Direction visited Newcastle United’s training ground.

The boyband made a low-key visit to the Premier League side’s base in the Benton area of the city ahead of their final night of a series of concerts at Newcastle’s Metro Arena.
