Murs too busy to return to 'X Factor'

Olly Murs quit 'The Xtra Factor' because he needs to get his work-life balance right.

The star juggled fronting 'The X Factor' spin-off show with his career as a pop musician in 2011 and 2012, but has ruled himself out of returning to the show this year as he is too busy with his other commitments.
