Fuller resolves 'X Factor' lawsuit

Simon Fuller's lawsuit against 'The X Factor' has been resolved.

The 'American Idol' creator sued Fox Broadcasting over Simon Cowell's flagship singing contest in 2011, claiming he should be listed as executive producer and receive financial compensation because the format of the rival show was almost identical to his own.
