First to take to the court yesterday were the girls from Presentation Secondary School, Waterford, who met St. Louis Secondary School, Monaghan in the U16 B Girls final.

Also contested was the U19 A Boys final, with St Malachy’s College Belfast notching a 59-54 win over Presentation College Bray.
