Who is this masked man? Police baffled as 'Batman' hands over suspect

He's whatever Bradford needs him to be. A mysterious man dressed as Batman has walked into a UK police station and handed over a wanted man.

West Yorkshire Police still don’t know who the ‘Batman of Bradford’ is after he took the 27-year-old into Trafalgar House police station.
