But there was one moment last night, as picked up by Buzzfeed, that was truly bizarre.

When asked about Betty Andreu, the wife of Lance’s former teammate Frankie – who both previously testified over Armstrong’s doping– the disgraced cyclist said he had a phone conversation with her and below was an excerpt of that conversation.

As for Andreu’s response to the interview, needless to say she was furious.
