Everybody loves Toy Story, right?

Stand up newly-minted internet legends Jonason Pauley and Jesse Perrotta, who love it so much they spent two years recreating the entire film using toy versions of the characters, some homemade props and a handful of willing friends.

Two. Years.

Begun when Jonason and Jesse were 17 and 18 respectively, the labour of love was unveiled to the world over the weekend, with the duo travelling to San Francisco to hand out DVD copies to Disney Pixar employees before posting the full 80-minute remake online.

There's been no official comment from Pixar, but Toy Story 3 director Lee Unkrich was impressed.

It's already racked up over 3m hits and made headlines worldwide, a pretty good result for the Arizona pals, who both say they want a future career in film.
