Michael Jackson's mother 'reported missing'

Katherine Jackson, the mother of pop icon Michael Jackson, has officially been reported missing, CNN has reported.

The report says the 82-year-old has not been seen or heard from since July 15 when she flew to New Mexico with her daughter Rebbie Jackson, to attend a Jackson Brothers concert.

Katherine Jackson has not called Michael Jackson's three children, who have lived with her since their father died three years ago, and her lawyer says she is concerned for her safety.
