Jaar added to Liss Ard Festival bill

Nicolas Jaar has been added to the line-up for the Liss Ard Festival in Skibbereen, Co Cork, it was announced today.

Fresh from his acclaimed performace at this year's Sonar festival in Barcelona, the American-Chilean electronic music star's live show promised to feature a mix of synths, guitars, saxophone and vocals.

He will be joining artists such as Chic, Lisa Hannigan, Toots and the Maytals, Bob Mould Band and Mick Flannery already confirmed on the bill for the food, music and arts event.

Tickets for the two-day event, which will take place on August 4 and 5, are available from Ticketmaster outlets.
