Wiig 'happier' than ever with Strokes drummer

Kristen Wiig is "happier" than ever with boyfriend Fabrizio Moretti.

The 'Bridesmaids' actress feels "very lucky" to be in a relationship with the Strokes drummer – who previously dated Drew Barrymore for five years – so much so she was keen to make her feelings known about the 32-year-old rocker, despite insisting she is usually reluctant to talk about her personal life.

When asked about the Brazilian musician, she told Marie Claire magazine: "I am shyer than most people think. I will say that I'm happier than I've ever been and I feel very lucky right now. Where I am now. Who he is. Those are the two big ones."

Following speculation the pair are a couple, they confirmed suspicions last Saturday when the 38-year-old beauty was spotted holding hands with Fabrizio as they arrived at her 'Bridesmaids' co-star Ellie Kemper's wedding to 'Conan' writer Michael Koman in New York City.

Their public display of affection comes after Kristen – who spent seven years on sketch show 'Saturday Night Live' before making her last appearance in May – and Fabrizio were spotted by witnesses embracing at a party in New York City in December 2011.

An observer said at the time: "Kristen and Fabrizio were making out in a booth. They were all over each other! They were definitely not discreet."
