Niall Horan from One Direction is a clear winner with four million followers, nearly three times that of his closest rival.

Life Coach Sinead Duffy is in second with her 'greatest quotes' twitter feed at just under 1.5 million.

Jedward, Actress Evanna Lynch and Nicky Byrne from Westlife round out the Irish top five.
