Simon Cowell wants Mel B to become a permanent 'X Factor' judge.

The former Spice Girls singer was recently a guest panellist alongside regular judges Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh and Tulisa Contostavlos during the auditions stages and now boss Simon is keen to get her to sign up full time.
