Stone Roses drummer leaves Amsterdam gig

The Stone Roses drummer Reni has reportedly “gone home” after their set in Amsterdam last night.

Tensions within the reformed band – who are playing their first shows in 16 years – appeared to show at the end of their performance in the capital of the Netherlands, when Ian told fans “the drummer’s gone home,” rather than them taking to the stage for an expected encore.
