Lohan still owes $41,031 tanning bill

Lindsay Lohan still hasn't paid the $41,031 she owes to a tanning company.

Nine months ago, the troubled actress was ordered by a judge in Nevada to pay Tanning Vegas - run by entrepreneur Lorit Simon - what was owed and now the company is trying to get the case moved to California so they can cite her assets and force her to pay up, according to TMZ.
